Our services include contact discovery, email verification, AI email generation, send time optimization, and pipeline management tools.

When you connect your Gmail or other email account to Lakewave via OAuth:
Lakewave offers subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing:

New accounts receive a free trial with limited contact verification credits. Trial accounts are subject to the same acceptable use policy. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial terms at any time.
Your use of Lakewave is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of contact data obtained through Lakewave complies with all applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
Lakewave and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Lynbrook Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you create using Lakewave, including emails you generate and contact lists you build.
Lakewave is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:
We make reasonable efforts to maintain data accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% email deliverability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lakewave and Lynbrook Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Lakewave shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lakewave and Lynbrook Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination by contacting [email protected].
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email to your registered address. Continued use of Lakewave after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
